High Pressure

Welcome to the world of “innovative valve technology”
GSR is a German manufacturer of standard and specially designed valves and valve systems, with solenoid, pneumatic and electric motor actuators, for nearly all types of industry and applications.
The range includes Solenoid Valves, Pressure Controlled Valves, Motorised Valves and valves specially designed for High Pressure applications.
- Pressure: Up to 400 Bar
- Temperature: - 40 to + 350 degrees C
- Size: Up to DN300
Valves are available Normally Open or Normally Closed and may be supplied complete with a wide range of options including, Manual Override, Anti-Hammer, Limit Switches, Parabolic Plugs, 4 - 20 mA / 0 - 10V Input Controllers, 3-Position Pneumatic Actuators, and many more.
GSR is particularly competent in the area of valves for High Pressure applications and the following are only a small selection of their extensive range of High Pressure valves.
GSR Type 46: This 2/2 way solenoid valve has a stainless steel body, is available
in sizes from G1/4” to G1-1/2” and can control liquids and gases from 1 to
150 bar.
GSR Type 52: This 2/2 way solenoid valve is available Normally Opened or Normally
Closed, with brass or stainless steel body, in sizes from G1/8” to G1/2” and
can control liquids and gases from 0 to 350 bar. This valve is direct acting
and a pressure differential is not required for operation. Type 52 is available
with manual override and may be manifold mounted if required. This valve is
available with ‘Germanischer Lloyd’ approval Certificate.
GSR Type 1/921: This 3/2 way direct acting, pressure controlled slide valve
is available with a universal function and is therefore suitable for the distribution
of two media, for mixing, or simply as a pilot operated shut-off valve. Applications
include both water and oil hydraulics from 0 to 450 bar. Available in sizes
from G1/8” to G1” with a seat diameter of 10 and 22 mm. Seals are PTFE and
body materials are brass or stainless steel.
GSR Type 2/529 : is a 2/2 way pilot operated piston valve for the supply of
high pressure components. This valve has been especially developed for natural
gas and hydrogen filling stations and is capable of handling pressures from
1 to 450 bar. Available with connection sizes G1/4” to G2” and with seat diameters
from 6 to 50 mm. Seals options are PTFE, TECAPEEK or PCTFE and body material
is stainless steel. This valve is also available with explosion proof solenoid.
These are just some of the examples of valves manufactured by GSR specifically for High Pressure applications. Special designs are also available for Paper Processing, High Pressure Chemical Spraying and Fire Extinguishing. Most solenoid versions are available with Explosion Proof Coils.

Hydratron is a world class supplier of high pressure equipment.
Hydratron was established in 1981 and specialises in the design and manufacture of air driven, high pressure, liquid pumps, gas boosters and air amplifiers. The company has earned an enviable reputation as a supplier of quality, high pressure equipment, serving customers located around the world.
AHS customers operate in very diverse sectors of industry but have a common desire to acquire quality products which are fit for purpose, from a reliable source and at reasonable cost.
Hydratron has proven to be such a source. Over the years they have fulfilled these requirements and today supply local and global companies operating in the oil and gas industries, both upstream and downstream, aerospace and defence establishments, research centres, chemical and petrochemical plants, and civil engineers.
Hydratron employ state of the art CAD software to design their products and manufacture them on modern computer controlled machines.
Australian representation ensures equipment and systems can be delivered at very short notice, with the addition benefit of full after sales service and repair.
Please call now with your requirements, we'll be delighted to hear from you.
